VAN TRANSPORTATION TO THE WEBSTER SENIOR CENTER
IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE RELOCATION OF THE WEBSTER SENIOR CENTER.
The Webster Senior Center will relocate to the Damascus Temple, 979 Bay Road on March 1, 2010. The Lunch Club 60, senior singers, bingo, and other programs, as well as Faith Bell and Bert LaPlant, will be housed at this location for approximately 18 months while the expansion of the new community center is completed. The Medical Motors van will be transporting seniors to the facility beginning March 1.
An air-conditioned mini bus provides a ride to and from the Webster Community Center Mondays through Fridays, between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. for residents of the Webster Central School District who are age 60 and older and their spouses. Weekly grocery trips and occasional rides to a mall, discount store or to personal appointments are also offered. The suggested donation is $2 per person, per day.
