League Registration Form - FALL 2010
Roster and Agreement to Participate
This league is designed for men ages 23 and older. Teams will play at least 10 games. Game times begin at 7:45 PM, 8:45 PM and 9:45 PM. A team schedule, roster, and other information will be provided once your team is registered. The Fall 2010 registration form and league fee is due no later than Wednesday, September 29th.
