Registration Information and Procedures

You MUST register at least 3 business days prior to the start of any program.

3 easy steps:

1 - Select the program guide section to view.
2 - Write down the program name - number - amount
3 - Register online (Credit Card & FREE programs only!) --->  Online Registration

Mail in registration form (PDF format)

Webster residents may register beginning JANUARY 7, 2010. Non-residents may register for all programs beginning JANUARY 14, 2010.
