Preschool Camp
Children will enjoy games, crafts, music and playing outside. On the last day of camp parents will get to enjoy a special theme activity presented by the children. Staff to child ratio is 1:5. In order to allow as many children as possible to participate, you must limit your registration to one session. More information will be mailed out with receipts and you are also welcome to attend our Fun Camp Parent Information Meeting, course number 702. Children must be completely potty trained. Four-year-olds may attend the 3 - 4 year old camp or the 4 - 5 year old camp, whichever fits your schedule best.

K-3 Fun Camp
Campers will be treated to fun-filled days with games, arts and crafts, themes, guest artists and entertainers, trips and lots of wonderful memories. Each child must bring their own lunch and water bottle each day. All children should come dressed to play and wear sneakers. Campers will receive one camp shirt that must be worn on trip days. If you register for both sessions, you will not receive a second shirt. No refunds will be given for cancelled trips. Parents need to attend a meeting the first day of camp at 9:00 AM. Camp schedules and additional information will also be given at that time. On Wednesday, August 13, camp will run until 3:30 PM due to a trip to Seabreeze. This camp is for children who have COMPLETED kindergarten through third grade only.

Kindergarten-3rd Grade Wrap Around Camp
Wrap Around Camp at the Webster Community Center is for children who have completed kindergarten – 3rd grade. If the need for child care prevented your kids from enjoying the fun of summer camp at Webster Parks and Recreation, here is the solution! Wrap Around Care will provide a safe, fun and active program for children. Camp will be at the Webster Community Center. All children will receive breakfast and a snack daily. Children are placed with their grade level peers and rotate through activities such as outdoor games, gym activities, arts and crafts, reading, quiet time and science. Each group has a group leader and the staff to child ratio is 1:6. The camp travels on Wednesdays to exciting destinations such as Empire Lanes, Adventure Landing, the movies and an end of the year visit to Seabreeze. There is a $50.00 deposit required with this program guide registration to hold a spot. An information packet will be available at Webster Parks and Recreation beginning May 10 and online at our website under “Summer Programs.” There will be a parent meeting in mid-June; date will be sent with your receipt. For participants registered in program 700b, child’s six weeks must be set by the parent meeting. There is no pro-rating for this camp. Space is limited, please register early. Please note: this year fourth graders will be involved in the traditional 4th – 5th Fun Camp. Please register your fourth grader for program #701a or #701b.

4th - 5th Wrap Around Program

4th-5th Grade Fun Camp
This camp has a whole lot of fun to offer this summer - trips, theme days, sports, games, cooperative activities and new friends. Trips will include Minnehan's, Seabreeze, Empire Lanes, Adventure Landing and more. PARENTS MAY NOT DROP CHILD OFF OR PICK CHILD UP FROM TRIP SITE. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather. No refunds given on cancelled trips. Please have your child wear sneakers and bring a lunch each day. Camp will be held at Spry location only.  Specific camp schedules will be given first day of camp. If you are in need of before or after care for Fun Camp, please see Wrap Around Day Care. Please note that Spry Middle School will be the only location for 4th – 5th Fun Camp due to school construction. Times have been changed to 9:15 AM – 2:45 PM for the summer. Your child must have completed 4th or 5th grade to register for this camp.

Fun Camp Parent Info Meeting
This informational meeting has been set up for parents who register their children for Summer Fun Camp. The staff of Webster Parks and Recreation will provide information such as a typical day at camp, check-in and check-out policies, trip procedures and answers to your questions by the full-time staff supervising the camps. Information will pertain to Preschool, K - 3, and 4th - 5th Grade Fun Camps only. There is a parent meeting the first morning of all Fun Camps that will provide this information as well. THIS IS NOT THE MEETING FOR WRAP AROUND CAMP PARENTS. Non-resident fee does not apply.

6th and 7th Grade Trips

This is the place to be this summer! Join your friends who have completed sixth or seventh grade and head to the hottest spots around town. Participants need to bring lunch or lunch money each trip day and wear or bring sneakers. Buses will depart each trip day at 9:30 AM (Seabreeze departure time is 10:30 AM) from the Webster Community Center. End times of trip days will vary and will be included with receipts. The IMAX trip is subject to change due to scheduling and rating of films. Participants need to arrive at 9:15 AM at the start of each session for a brief orientation. Participants can not be picked up or dropped off from any trip site. Trips will be cancelled and not refunded in the event of inclement weather.

6th and 7th Grade Wrap Around

Wrap Around has now been extended to provide before and after camp for 6th – 7th graders. Campers can be dropped off anytime after 7:00 AM and before 9:15 AM at the Webster Community Center. Breakfast will be served, activities such as pool, ping pong, Wii games and more will be available before the trip program begins at 9:30 AM. When they return from their destination, campers will be given a snack and opportunities to play in gym, game room or relax in our lounge. Program is supervised by staff involved in 6th – 9th grade trip program and activities will be offered to participants. Participants will need to bring lunch and water bottle each day and wear or bring sneakers. In the event that a general 6th – 9th trip is cancelled, we will provide an alternate trip and care on those days. Please note the program is Monday – Thursday only. There is no pro-rating for this program.
